On-Site Repairs
On-site repairs are $50/hr with a minimum 1 hour charge. If possible, we repair your system up to the point that it is online and stable and then finish up the repair remotely from our shop at the rate of $35/hr.
Additional Drive-time fees are:
- Inside Cookeville City Limits: FREE
- Outside of Cookeville, but in Putnam County: $20
- Outside of Putnam County: $1/mile from our store to your location
